Managing Director

Stavrina Tsiarta is the Managing Director of Elias Tsiartas & Co Services Limited. She is a London trained qualified chartered accountant, and a fellow of the ICAEW with more than 25 years of experience. She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from CASS business school.

Previously, Stavrina worked in London for a period of seven years in a midsized audit firm where she worked on a wide portfolio of clients, including both publicly and privately owned entities. For two years she worked as a manager in the field of forensic accounting and dispute resolution, a highly regarded and competitive field during which she worked on a variety of investigative cases. In 2005 Stavrina relocated to Cyprus to join the firm Kyriacou & Tsiartas, where she worked as an audit manager until 2009. There she gained valuable experience in all aspects of the Cyprus regime.

At Elias Tsiartas & Co Services Limited, her client portfolio includes companies from a wide range of industries. She specializes in international business companies and their tax planning. She focuses not only on ensuring that her clients are compliant with the relevant laws and standards but also in ensuring that they are financially and tax compliant. She is an integral part of the office’s management team.
