Andreas Tsiartas is a founding member and strategic adviser to Elias Tsiartas & Co. He served as Director of Corporate Services at the firm from 2010 to 2024. From 2018 to 2024, he also served as Compliance Director and formally appointed Compliance Officer.

He directed corporate services, combining legal and contractual work with strategic advice to businesses on corporate structuring and operational efficiency. His responsibilities included leading the firm’s compliance work and advising clients on business strategy.

Education

Andreas holds an honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition with Distinction from the University of Aberdeen.
